The following simple steps outline what you need to do:

Our customer support team will discuss and advise you what we sell and roughly at what price the items will sell for, how much is our current commission rate and fees.

If you are in a hurry and want to sell your stuff quickly, London Bargains Shop VTH can offer to buy at reasonable prices. All household items, nothing refused as long as it is in good useable condition, no rubbish please.

2. Collection of Items: Once you agree in principle to entrust us to sell your items online and sign our Agreement. You can drop off your stuff at our secured business premises or we can arrange to collect the items with a small fees (London and inside M25 only).

Notes: In some special cases, you can hold on to the item, once there is an interest or paid customer, we will inform you and arrange for delivery the item to the buyer.

3. We Sell Your Items Online: Once you agree to sign the Agreement, the items will be professionally photographed and compelling descriptions will be submitted to online auctions such as eBay, eBid, Amazon or our popular eCommerce website London Bargains Shop, depending on our signed Agreement. You are sent a link to follow the sales. Our team will handle all the enquiries, questions from the prospective buyers.

4. You Get The Proceeds: All the financial transactions must go through London Bargains Shop VTH Express Ltd. Once the item is sold, we process the payment, collecting the items (if not already in our secured premises), packaging and delivery the items to the buyers. You are paid by cheque or bank transfer after the Return Period (normally 7 days) is closed.

We prefer PayPal or Credit/Debit cards as the default method of payment. However, we can also accept personal or bank cheque or even cash, depending on the delivery methods.
